FES Customer ID Number and Password
FES Members – Your Customer ID Number (also known as your membership number) is provided on your annual dues statement, member record, and membership card. This number is also provided in the body of the e-mail confirmation received for each FES event you register to attend.
Create your own User Name to log-in to the FES website. The 'Customer Log-in' section of the FES website just became easier. If you have trouble locating or remembering your Customer Number, you can now create your own 'User Name' to log-in instead of using your Customer Number. To change your User Name or Password, simply log-in using your current Customer Number and Password (password by default is your last name) and click 'Customer Information'. Here you will be able to update your personal contact information, as well as your User Name and Password. Once you have entered your new User Name and Password click 'Update'.
FES Non-members – Your Customer ID Number is provided on the body of the e-mail confirmation received for each FES event you register to attend.
All FES Customers – FES staff is available to provide customer numbers by phone or e-mail, 850-224-7121 or fes@fleng.org.
FES Staff encourages you to have your FES Customer ID Number or Member Log in information in a readily accessible position. This information will be needed to access PDH certificates, member information, and renew membership in FES. For members, it allows you to view committee files.
