More than 600 FES members have volunteered to speak in Florida’s classrooms. The database of volunteers is available to any teacher licensed in the state of Florida. If you are not a licensed teacher in Florida and would like to search the database, please contact FES Headquarters at 850-224-7121 or kray@fleng.org, to register for access to the database.

If you have not already done so, for access to the Volunteer Database, you will need to complete the Educator Sign-Up Form.

Notes on Using Volunteer Database

  1. LOG IN is your e-mail address. PASSWORD is created by you when registering. The fields are not case sensitive.
  2. If you are not a DOE licensed educator/teacher, please complete the Educator Sign up Form.  Staff will contact you with the log in access within 24 hours of receipt M-F and next business day if completed during the weekend or holiday.
  3. If you are having trouble, contact Kate Ray, Director of Member Services, with FES Headquarters at 850-224-7121 or kray@fleng.org.
  4. The Volunteer Database is searchable by your school address. Volunteers will be located based on zip code distance from school. If a volunteer is not listed in the zip code range, you can also search by county. If you have trouble locating a volunteer, contact FES headquarters for assistance.
