SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENTS TO MEMBERS AND OFFICERS ATTENDING NATIONAL MEETINGS OF NSPE

The Florida Engineering Society's annual operating budget and the practice sections' annual operating budgets should include sufficient funds to pay one-half of the travel expenses and member basic registration fees of national directors attending NSPE Board of Directors' meetings, and of authorized delegate(s) to each national practice division Board of Governors' meeting respectively. Authorized travel expenses include lowest airfare and terminal expenses. Practice section additional delegates shall bear their own expenses to national practice division Board of Governors' meetings unless the budget request for their travel allowance is included in a practice section's balanced budget.

The Florida Engineering Society will, upon request, provide travel funds and expenses for 50% of reasonable expenses not to exceed $500 for a chapter or individual to go to an NSPE meeting and accept a National chapter related Award.
