One student received this year's
$3000 Pinellas Chapter scholarship award .
We also present the following scholarships to deserving recipients. They include the "Rene’ Crouch Memorial Scholarship" and the "Ned Knudsen Memorial Scholarship" as well as others. The scholarships will be given to recipients who have have shown themselves to have excelled.
A scholarship will also be awarded to
the high scoring
student from the "YES" We Care competition. "YES" We Care is the annual competition held between
minority students who train in math, science and engineering during the academic
year at one of five Centers for Applied Technologies. The centers are located
through out the bay area.
