We have secured a special group rate at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport for $209 per night and a government employee rate of $150 per night. Reservations must be made on or before Tuesday, April 21st, 2020. Please note that the event begins with a light lunch on Wednesday, May 6th at 11:30 a.m. and concludes Thursday, May 7th at 12:30 p.m.  

Each reservation includes a 10% discount at Hemisphere, Mccoy’s, Mccoy’s To-Go, and the Lobby Bar with conference name badge (discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages and in-room dining), complimentary basic high-speed wireless internet in guestrooms & lobby, complimentary boarding pass printing, and a self-serve Business Center onsite.

Upon completing event registration a confirmation email will be sent with a private link for this event.

Outstanding Project Awards

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC-FL), annually recognizes outstanding achievement by its member firms in accomplishing Florida transportation projects. Firms are nominated for awards in seven project award categories: Outstanding Major Project, Outstanding Design-Build or CM at Risk Project, Outstanding Roadway Project, Outstanding Bridge Project, Outstanding PD&E / Planning Project, Outstanding Environmental Project, and Outstanding Special Project. Nominations for each award category may be submitted annually by each of the seven FDOT Districts, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and by the Central Office.

Cancellation & Refunds

When the circumstances preventing the registrant’s, attendance are such as to be beyond his control, requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing from the participant before 5:00 p.m. at least 10 business days prior to the event. The cancellation fee is $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted less than 10 business days prior to the event. Substitutions are permitted at any time However, if non-members replace members, a full registration fee will be charged. The difference in fees will be charged at the registration desk prior to participation in the event.
